2. Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Payments must be completed before dispatch.
Prices listed are in GBP (£) and may include applicable taxes.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the UK and internationally upon request. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed on the invoice.

Delivery times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds
Consumer Sales (B2C)
If you purchase as a consumer (non-business) and buy online, you have 14 days from receiving the item to return it for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Items must be returned in their original condition, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

If the item is faulty or not as described, you have up to 6 months from the purchase date to request a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Business Sales (B2B)
Returns for change of mind are not accepted for business customers.

If the item is faulty or misrepresented, we will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

The buyer must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Business buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

We sell second-hand industrial equipment. Unless otherwise stated, items are sold as seen, and no manufacturer warranty applies. Some items are provided with a warranty, please see item descriptions for more details.

Buyers must ensure that any equipment meets their local safety and operational standards.

Fifth Armour Ltd is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, and branding, is owned by Fifth Armour Ltd. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Scotland.
